CHAPTER 515 - INSURANCE OTHER THAN LIFE
515.100 - NATURE OF ORGANIZATION ENTERED ON POLICY.

        515.100  NATURE OF ORGANIZATION ENTERED ON POLICY.
         Every domestic and foreign insurance company organized and doing
      business under this chapter shall indicate upon the first page of
      every policy and renewal receipt that the policy is issued by a
      mutual company in case of a mutual company, and by a stock company in
      case of a stock company.
