514B.19 - REGULATION OF INSURANCE PRODUCERS.

        514B.19  REGULATION OF INSURANCE PRODUCERS.
         The commissioner may, after notice and hearing, promulgate such
      reasonable rules under the provisions of chapter 522B that are
      necessary to provide for the licensing of insurance producers who
      engage in solicitation or enrollment for a health maintenance
      organization.
