CHAPTER 511 - PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND ASSOCIATIONS
511.24 - FEES FROM DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN COMPANIES.

        511.24  FEES FROM DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN COMPANIES.
         When not otherwise provided, a foreign or domestic life insurance
      company doing business in this state shall pay to the commissioner of
      insurance the following fees:
         1.  For filing an application to do business, or an application to
      renew a certificate of authority, fifty dollars.
         2.  For issuing a certificate of authority to do business in this
      state, or for renewing a certificate, fifty dollars.
         3.  For filing amended articles of incorporation, fifty dollars.
         4.  For issuing an amended certificate of authority, twenty-five
      dollars.
         5.  For affixing the official seal to any paper filed with the
      division, ten dollars.
