        510B.5  CONTACTING COVERED INDIVIDUAL --
      REQUIREMENTS.
         A pharmacy benefits manager, unless authorized pursuant to the
      terms of its contract with a covered entity, shall not contact any
      covered individual without the express written permission of the
      covered entity.
