CHAPTER 509A - GROUP INSURANCE FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
509A.9 - EXEMPTION FROM DEBTS.

        509A.9  EXEMPTION FROM DEBTS.
         All amounts payable to employees under and pursuant to the plan of
      group insurance established as herein provided shall be exempt from
      liability for debts of the person to or on account of whom the same
      is payable and shall not be subject to seizure upon execution or
      other process.
