507D.6 - CONTINUING STUDIES.

        507D.6  CONTINUING STUDIES.
         The commissioner of insurance is authorized to conduct such
      further surveys, market reviews, data collection and analysis,
      studies of a mandatory risk allocation system and a risk- sharing
      program and such other studies as the commissioner deems necessary
      for the proper implementation of this chapter.
