CHAPTER 505 - INSURANCE DIVISION
505.9 - EX OFFICIO RECEIVER.

        505.9  EX OFFICIO RECEIVER.
         The commissioner of insurance henceforth shall be the receiver and
      liquidating officer for any insurance company, association, or
      insurance carrier, and shall serve without compensation other than
      the stated compensation as commissioner of insurance, but the
      commissioner shall be allowed clerical and other expenses necessary
      for the conduct of such receivership.
