CHAPTER 505 - INSURANCE DIVISION
505.28 - CONSENT TO JURISDICTION.

        505.28  CONSENT TO JURISDICTION.
         A person committing any act governed by chapter 502, 502A, 505
      through 523G, or 523I constitutes consent by that person to the
      jurisdiction of the commissioner of insurance and the district courts
      of this state.
