CHAPTER 473 - ENERGY DEVELOPMENT AND CONSERVATION
473.13A - ENERGY MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS IDENTIFIED AND IMPLEMENTED.

        473.13A  ENERGY MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS IDENTIFIED AND
      IMPLEMENTED.
         The state, state agencies, political subdivisions of the state,
      school districts, area education agencies, and community colleges
      shall identify and implement, through energy audits and engineering
      analyses, all energy management improvements identified for which
      financing is facilitated by the office for the entity.  The energy
      management improvement financings shall be supported through payments
      from energy savings.
