As used in this chapter, "political subdivision" has the meaning set forth in IC 36-1-2-13. As added by P.L.145-2003, SEC.7. IC 25-20.2-7-2 Restriction on agency or political subdivision Sec. 2. An agency or political subdivision of the state (other than the board) may not: (1) impose a registration or licensing requirement; or (2) charge a license, an employment, or another fee; on individuals licensed under this article for activities defined in this article. As added by P.L.145-2003, SEC.7.
