IC 33-33-25-1
Judicial circuit
Sec. 1. Fulton County constitutes the forty-first judicial circuit.

Establishment of standard superior court
Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known as
the Fulton superior court.
(b) The Fulton superior court is a standard superior court as
described in IC 33-29-1.
(c) Fulton County comprises the judicial district of the court.

Judge; location of court sessions
Sec. 3. The Fulton superior court has one (1) judge who shall hold
sessions in:
(1) the Fulton County courthouse in Rochester; or
(2) other places in the county as the Fulton County executive
may provide.

Jurisdiction
Sec. 4. The Fulton superior court has the same jurisdiction as the
Fulton circuit court, except that only the circuit court has juvenile
jurisdiction.

Small claims and misdemeanor division
Sec. 5. The Fulton superior court has a standard small claims and
misdemeanor division.
