Fees
31-31-2-1 Sec. 1. The fees in juvenile court proceedings are set
under IC 33-37-4-3.

Costs
31-31-2-2 Sec. 2. An adult who is convicted of an offense in the
juvenile court is liable for costs under IC 33-37-4-1.

Other costs prohibited
31-31-2-3 Sec. 3. Except as provided in sections 1 and 2 of this
chapter, no other costs may be charged to any person in any
proceeding in the juvenile court.
