Jurisdiction
31-17-2-1 Sec. 1. Jurisdiction of a child custody proceeding
under:
(1) this chapter, IC 31-17-4, IC 31-17-6, and IC 31-17-7; or
(2) IC 31-17-3;
shall be determined under IC 31-17-3.
