Actions to annul voidable marriages
31-11-9-1 Sec. 1. Actions to annul voidable marriages under this
chapter are governed by IC 31-11-10.

Incapacity to marry because of age or mental incompetence
31-11-9-2 Sec. 2. A marriage is voidable if a party to the marriage
was incapable because of age or mental incompetency of contracting
the marriage.

Fraud
31-11-9-3 Sec. 3. A marriage is voidable if the marriage was
brought about through fraud on the part of one (1) of the parties to
the marriage.
