(225 ILCS 35/0.01)(from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 280) Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the

(225 ILCS 35/1)(from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 281) Sec. 1. No person, firm, corporation or co‑partnership shall manufacture,
give away, sell, expose for sale or deliver, any embalming fluid or other
fluid of whatsoever name, to be used for or intended for use in the
embalming of dead human bodies, which contains arsenic or strychnine,
without having the words "Arsenic contained herein," or "Strychnine
contained herein" (as the case may be) written or printed upon a label
pasted on the bottle, cask, flask or carboy, in which said fluid shall be

(225 ILCS 35/2)(from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 282) Sec. 2. No undertaker or other person shall embalm with, inject into, or
place upon, any dead human body, any fluid or preparation of any kind which
contains arsenic or strychnine. (Source: Laws 1907, p. 267.)
(225 ILCS 35/3)(from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 283) Sec. 3. Any person, firm, corporation or copartnership who shall violate any
provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a petty offense and shall
