(65 ILCS 5/Art. 11 Div. 44 heading) DIVISION 44. BOATS AND HARBOR CONTROL
(65 ILCS 5/11‑44‑1)(from Ch. 24, par. 11‑44‑1) Sec. 11‑44‑1. The corporate authorities of each municipality may regulate
public and private water‑landing places, wharves, docks, canals, slips, and
