ARTICLE 290.

SEVERABILITY

(60 ILCS 1/290‑5)

Sec. 290‑5.

Severability.

If any Sec., paragraph, clause, or provision of
this Code is held invalid, the invalidity of that Section, paragraph, clause,
or provision shall not affect any other provision of this Code.
