31-3418 CONFIDENTIALITY -- PROCEEDINGS AND RECORDS OF INDIGENTS.

Confidentiality -- Proceedings and records of indigents. All proceedings and records related to indigency, pursuant to chapter 34, title 31, Idaho Code, shall be exempt from disclosure pursuant to chapter 3, title 9, Idaho Code.
