40-1714. Expenses of election -- Proration to systems -- Appeals. [effective until january 1, 2011] In all counties where elections are held under the provisions of this chapter, commissioners shall pay expenses of the elections from the general fund of the county. The expense shall be prorated by the commissioners according to the mileage and market value for assessment purposes of the highway districts and the county, excluding area served by highway districts, and upon certification of this pro rata share by the commissioners, that share shall be paid to the county. Any appeals shall follow the appeals procedure set forth in section 40-1706, Idaho Code, for appeals from readjustment of district borders.
40-1714. Expenses of election. [effective january 1, 2011] In all counties where elections are held under the provisions of this chapter, commissioners shall pay expenses of the elections from the election fund of the county.
