SCHOOL ELECTIONS
33-423. Applicability of penal provisions. [effective until january 1, 2011] The penal provisions of chapter 23, title 18, Idaho Code, with the exception of section 18-2322, Idaho Code, shall apply to school elections conducted pursuant to this chapter.
