SCHOOL ELECTIONS
33-420. Determination of tie vote. [effective until january 1, 2011] In a school district trustee election, if it appears that two (2) or more persons have, or would have had if the legal ballots cast or intended to be cast for them had been counted, the highest and an equal number of votes for the same office, the person to be declared duly elected shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of section 33-503, Idaho Code.
