SCHOOL ELECTIONS
33-412. Who may contest an election. [effective until january 1, 2011] Any school district election may be contested upon any of the grounds enumerated in section 33-408, Idaho Code, by any qualified elector of the school district, school district trustee zone, or territory in and for which the election was held.
