SCHOOL ELECTIONS
33-411. Jurisdiction -- Election contests. [effective until january 1, 2011] The district courts shall hear and determine contests of election of school district trustees and all other school elections concerning any other subject which may by law be submitted to the vote of the people upon any of the grounds enumerated in section 33-408, Idaho Code.
