                             BONDED WAREHOUSE LAW
    69-267.  CLAIM AGAINST WAREHOUSEMAN OR DEALER -- DIRECTOR'S REMEDIES. The
department may deny, suspend, or revoke the license of any warehouseman or
dealer against whom a claim has been made, approved, and paid from the
commodity indemnity fund. Proceedings for the denial, suspension, or
revocation shall be subject to the provisions of title 67, chapter 52, Idaho
Code.
