                                  CHAPTER 2
                             BONDED WAREHOUSE LAW
    69-219.  COMMODITIES DEEMED DELIVERED SUBJECT TO LAW. Any person who
delivers agricultural commodities to a warehouse licensed under this chapter,
for storage or under terms of a contract, shall be deemed to have delivered
the same subject to the terms of this chapter and the rules prescribed
hereunder.
