                                  CHAPTER 15
                           CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY ACT
    55-1513.  ACTIONS BY MANAGEMENT ON BEHALF OF TWO OR MORE OWNERS. Without
limiting the rights of any condominium owner, actions may be brought by the
management body on behalf of two (2) or more of the condominium owners with
respect to any cause of action relating to the common areas or more than one
(1) unit.
