2005 Idaho Code - 41-1613 — EXCESS RATES

                                  TITLE  41
                                  INSURANCE
                                  CHAPTER 16
                         WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION RATES
    41-1613.  EXCESS RATES. Upon the written application of the insured,
stating his reasons therefor, filed with and approved by the director, a rate
in excess of that provided by a filing otherwise applicable may be used on any
specific risk.
