                            AND PELTS OF WILDLIFE
    36-605.  UNLICENSED TRAFFIC -- PENALTY. No person shall engage in or
conduct a business as hereinbefore provided without first having obtained a
license as specified herein, or continue in such business after the revocation
of such license.
