    31-3505G.  PETITION FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW OF FINAL DETERMINATION. If, after
a hearing as provided in section 31-3505E, Idaho Code, the final determination
of the board is to deny an application for financial assistance with necessary
medical services, the applicant, or a third party making application on an
applicant's behalf, may seek judicial review of the final determination of the
board in the manner provided in section 31-1506, Idaho Code.
