                         HOSPITALS FOR INDIGENT SICK
    31-3505D.  APPEAL OF INITIAL DETERMINATION. An applicant or provider may
appeal an adverse initial determination of the board by filing a written
notice of appeal with the board within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of
the initial determination. If no appeal is filed within the time allowed, the
determination of the board shall become final.
