                         HOSPITALS FOR INDIGENT SICK
    31-3505C.  INITIAL DECISION BY THE BOARD. The board shall make an initial
determination on an application within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the
clerk's statement and within five (5) days from receiving the clerk's
statement on a request. The initial determination shall be mailed to the
applicant or the third party making application on behalf of the applicant, as
the case may be, and each provider listed on the application within five (5)
days of the initial determination.
