                                     FEES
    31-3219.  PHOTOGRAPHIC COPIES OF RECORDS -- FEES. The county recorder, and
the clerk of the district court, is allowed, and may receive for his services,
the following fees, to be paid him by the party procuring his services:
    For photographic copies of any record the sum of $1.00 per page.
