                                 CORPORATIONS
                                  CHAPTER 3
                       IDAHO NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT
    30-3-143A.  APPLICATION TO CANAL COMPANIES AND CAREY ACT COMPANIES. Should
any provision of this chapter, as it pertains to canal companies or carey act
companies, conflict with title 42, Idaho Code, the provisions of title 42,
Idaho Code, shall prevail.
