2005 Idaho Code - 30-3-143 — APPLICATION TO QUALIFIED FOREIGN CORPORATION

                                 CORPORATIONS
                                  CHAPTER 3
                       IDAHO NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT
    30-3-143.  APPLICATION TO QUALIFIED FOREIGN CORPORATION. A foreign
corporation authorized to transact business in this state on the effective
date of this act is subject to this act but is not required to obtain a new
certificate of authority to transact business under this act.
