2005 Idaho Code - 30-3-108 — PROHIBITED DISTRIBUTIONS

                                 CORPORATIONS
                                  CHAPTER 3
                       IDAHO NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT
    30-3-108.  PROHIBITED DISTRIBUTIONS. Except as authorized in section
30-3-109, Idaho Code, a corporation shall not make any distributions.
