2005 Idaho Code - 30-3-60 — OTHER METHODS OF ELECTING DIRECTORS

                                  CHAPTER 3
                       IDAHO NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT
    30-3-60.  OTHER METHODS OF ELECTING DIRECTORS. A corporation may provide
in its articles or bylaws for election of directors by members or delegates:
    (1)  On the basis of chapter or other organizational unit;
    (2)  By region or other geographic unit, including voting districts and,
in respect to each such voting districts the articles or bylaws shall describe
the boundaries thereof and designate the number of directors that shall be
elected by the members residing therein;
    (3)  By preferential voting; or
    (4)  By any other reasonable method.
