                                  CHAPTER 37
                           DOMESTIC CERVIDAE FARMS
    25-3705B.  WILD UNGULATES. The Idaho department of fish and game shall
cooperate with the division of animal industries and the owner or operator of
any domestic cervidae farm or ranch, where any wild ungulates are found within
the perimeter fences of the domestic cervidae farm or ranch, in the
development of a site specific written herd plan to determine the disposition
of the wild ungulates.
