2005 Idaho Code - 25-3121 — VIOLATION OF THIS ACT -- MISDEMEANOR -- FINES

                                  CHAPTER 31
                         DAIRY PRODUCTS -- MARKETING
    25-3121.  VIOLATION OF THIS ACT -- MISDEMEANOR -- FINES. Any person who
shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this act
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be punished by a
fine of not more than $300.00 or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days,
or both. Fines collected for violation of this act shall be paid into the
"Idaho dairy products commission fund."
