TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 21 TRIAL 19-2109. DISCHARGE EQUIVALENT TO ACQUITTAL. The order mentioned in the last two (2) sections is an acquittal of the defendant discharged, and is a bar to another prosecution for the same offense.
