                             CHALLENGING THE JURY
    19-2027.  DISPOSITION OF CHALLENGE FOR BIAS. On the trial of a challenge
for either implied or actual bias, the court must determine the law and the
fact, and must either allow or disallow the challenge, and direct an entry
accordingly upon the minutes.
