2005 Idaho Code - 18-908 — AGGRAVATED BATTERY -- PUNISHMENT

                                  TITLE  18
                            CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS
                                  CHAPTER 9
                             ASSAULT AND BATTERY
    18-908.  AGGRAVATED BATTERY -- PUNISHMENT. An aggravated battery is
punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not to exceed fifteen (15)
years.
