                       UNIFORM FOREIGN MONEY JUDGMENTS
    10-1402.  APPLICABILITY. The provisions of this chapter apply to any
foreign judgment that is final and conclusive and enforceable where rendered
even though an appeal therefrom is pending or is subject to appeal.
