CHAPTER 587 - CHILD PROTECTIVE ACT
§587-13 - Venue.

     §587-13  Venue.  A child protective proceeding under this chapter may be originated in the county in which the child is found or resides at the time of the filing of the petition, or in the county in which a member of the child's family having legal custody of the child resides or is domiciled at the time of the filing of the petition.
