CHAPTER 580 - ANNULMENT, DIVORCE, AND SEPARATION
§580-72 - Married persons may bring action in own name.

     §580-72  Married persons may bring action in own name.  Whenever any married person has the right to sue for separate maintenance, that person may bring the action in that person's own name.
