CHAPTER 317 - SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS CONFERENCE
§317-6 - Evaluation report.
§317-6 Evaluation report. The evaluation report shall be in the form of a report of conference proceedings, including specific recommendation for action by the board of education or the state legislature and copies shall be forwarded to the governor, the state legislature and the board of education within forty-five days after the conclusion of the conference.
