CHAPTER 281 - INTOXICATING LIQUOR
§281-40 - Unlicensed liquor.

     §281-40  Unlicensed liquor.  No licensee shall have or keep any liquor whatever, for sale or consumption, on or in connection with the licensee's licensed premises except as authorized by the licensee's license.  Any unauthorized liquor found thereon shall be subject to summary seizure, confiscation, and forfeiture, and may be disposed of as hereinafter provided.
