§ 38-2-23 - State Defense Force
O.C.G.A. 38-2-23 (2010)38-2-23. State Defense Force
The State Defense Force, whenever such a state force shall be duly organized under the Constitutions and laws of the United States and of this state, shall be a force of the organized militia.
