§ 34-8-42 - Liable employer
O.C.G.A. 34-8-42 (2010)34-8-42. Liable employer
As used in this chapter, the term "liable employer" means an employer who is responsible for the payment of unemployment contributions or payments in lieu of contributions or a governmental entity.
