34-12-19. Right of owner or operator to deny entry to rides; inspector's right of access


The owner or operator of an amusement ride may deny entry to a person to an amusement ride if in the owner's or operator's opinion the entry may jeopardize the safety of such person or the safety of any other person. Nothing in this Code section will permit an owner or operator to deny an inspector access to an amusement ride when such inspector is acting within the scope of his duties under this chapter.
