24-5-30. Copies of letters testamentary, letters of administration, and letters of guardianship primary evidence


Copies of letters testamentary, letters of administration, and letters of guardianship shall be primary evidence of the fact of administration and guardianship to the same extent as the original letters, provided that such copy letters shall have been duly certified from the proper record of the proper officer.
